 New 3 rm BTO, entirely left for me to design and build, no input from customer at all, elderly uncle and a super nice lady who left me the reins to bring up the coziness of the home. Voila.

Sengkang Riversound Condo

 New condos normally come with ready built in wardrobes and carpentry, in fact its normally on a ready for move in basis (provided there isn't much defect works to complain about...lol), but that shouldn't stop you from using lightings to make the home a little more inviting, entirely sourced and personally designed the lights and addition of sliding glass doors to the MBR walk-in-wardrobe.
