Break from all the HDB flat or condo renovations, did up a 5000 sqft office for a very nice client, overall renovations inclusive of submissions took a long three months, daily commute from west to east, end result's worth it!

Clementi 3-rm BTO

 More emphasis was put on the living and kitchen area for this 3rm BTO flat, something we did differently for the place though was the area where we joined the different flooring style for the bedrooms and the living area. Pity we weren't able to take photos at night when the aquarium is completely filled with the greenery, would be an awesome sight.

Keat Hong 4-room BTO

 The sequence of this set of photos is very important, as it will take you on a tour of an industrial themed design home

first photo is of a partition cum shoe display for the shoe lover owner

second photo is a simple lined living room with electrical black conduits and a PIPE constructed sofa-bed

third and fourth photo are different angles and views of a dry kitchen cum steamboat corner for the owners who love to entertain guests.

fifth photo is the inside of the wet kitchen area

sixth and seventh photos would be the two different views of the wardrobe and the platform bed areas where we've combined two rooms into one huge room.



                                 

the final two pictures are something which i believe is a first of its sort, a clearly divided man's and woman's closet, open concept retail styled closets with a cap display corner for the guy and a dresser for the girl.
