4RM BTO flat, Punggol Waterway Terrace, Industrial Design

Am really excited to share this project, its been really a very long time since an owner comes to me saying this is my budget, this is my desired theme, this is my home, do whatever you want,
when there's not much restrictions to what you want to do, this is what I'm able to produce, in collaboration with Peng Handcrafted, you can look them up in Facebook, this is my latest completed project at Punggol Waterway Terraces, Industrial designed home

The first two pictures are of the kitchen, practicality fills in more importantly as you frequently make use of the kitchen to cook, track lighting as well as rustic laminates selected for the kitchen cabinets to achieve the industrial effect.
Sourced and purchased a fire hosereel box to double up as the shoe cabinet for my customer, adding in carpentry shelvings to accomodate the shoe requests, complete with a wire mesh partition within steel soldered frame. Bunker lights with typical industrial electrical pipes complete the dining area.

My customers have a pet cat whom they dote on terribly, thus collaboration with Peng Handcrafted (https://www.facebook.com/penghandcrafted/) to make a specifically for cat walkway above the dining area for the cat to walk across, completing the 'Cat Condo' effect. All walls have been irregularly cement screed for the rough and raw effect.

Lights and accessories all purchased from De' One Pte Ltd, https://www.facebook.com/de.one33?fref=photo (Linked in if you would like to visit to purchase, lights, toilet accessories as well as curtains and soft finishings, pricings are really competitive)

The opposite view of the living room, to further
enhance the effect of the wire mesh, i swapped
out the original white HDB given DB box doors
and replaced it with a steel frame wire mesh door. Partial red brick plastering and cement screeding on the TV wall to give it the "Unfinished" effect.

This corridor light is provided by Peng Handcrafted, completed with dimmer effect Tungsten bulbs, Really lights up the walkway in a nice effect, completed with steel cable trays to have all electrical wiring and air con ducting and pipes, want to do, go all the way right!?

Encased the vanity cabinet in stainless steel finishing, actual stainless steel plates. and the nice toilet paper holder from Peng Handcrafted, though not really able to get really industrial in the toilet as my customer doesn't want to blow the budget in the toilets, small items to try to get it to be as close to the design outside as possible.

Of course Last but not least the MBR, oh by the way, every
single door and door frame is painted in chalk board paint, meaning it doubles up as a note taking or reminder board for my owners.

Made use of a simple "Spider hanging light to provide for
the lighting for the entire room, white lights at the "Walk-in-wardrobe"
area to allow sufficient lighting when changing of clothes, and warm
lights for the bed area to create a soothing ambience for sleep.
